As part of our Sanctuary Sequence, we have already conducted a thorough site assessment, including measurements, soil analysis, and an evaluation of plant water requirements (informed by our Sanctuary Studio plant selection process).

• Zone Planning: We divide the landscape into different zones based on plant type, sun exposure, and soil conditions. This allows us to customize watering schedules for each zone.

• Irrigation Method Selection: We determine the most appropriate irrigation methods for each zone, considering factors such as plant type, water conservation goals, and budget. Common methods include:

  • Drip Irrigation: Ideal for individual plants, shrubs, and trees, delivering water directly to the root zone, minimizing water waste.

  • Spray Irrigation: Suitable for lawns and larger groundcover areas, providing even water distribution. We select appropriate spray heads (rotors, sprays, bubblers) based on the area's shape and size.
